I was a student once... (I sound old, I know LOL!) But I remember what was important to me, accommodation-wise, back in those days. I wanted a spacious, bright and breezy house that's super easy to maintain and has enough space for myself, my desk, plus a few friends. Adjacent to it is a kitchen that is well-equipped and is huge enough to comfortably manoeuvre past the folks cooking. Beyond the kitchen, you'll find a balcony that offers terrific al fresco dining options, where you get a grassy view and some cool evening breezes.
