I have been reduced to tears by the principal on more than on occasion. I have been abused by certain staff members. They dont know how Adults are supposed to behave. I have had allegations and threats made towards me on more than one occasion and now the school ignores us. Horrible school and it really needs to be overhauled

I attended this school and my time here was one of the best. The learning environment was safe and fun. Our Principal was also kind and understanding. The activities they planned got created a great bond between the teachers and students.

I used to be a student here. I thought it was a great school. There were some up and downs but overall I thought it was an awesome experience and what they did and the fun we had. I now go to Hamilton local schools. But I still remember this school and all the times I had fun and stuff so it's not all that bad. And I would actually like to go back.

My experience with the teachers and principal have been less than satisfactory. I have seen and heard nothing but un professional behavior from teachers and the principal who hides behind skirts.
I made a huge mistake by putting my kids into this school. As for the parent below who commented on the 14th of March 2014 and said there never has been a no tolerance policy,"...really! are we talking about the same school love? I think you need to go re read your manual and the newsletters, cover to cover.!
The after school care is inadequate as well and should be reported to authorities. 1 adult for all those kids is not good enough, nor is it legal. I know that the after school care is not run by the school but it is ON the schools premises, why would you allow such a badly run center be associated with the school?. I would never leave my kids there, way to unprofessional and dangerous....very dis appointing in all avenues.

to the poor rater, i guess you have a problem child that needs to be in a special school....there never has been a no tolerance policy, that you would fully know.
school is all about behavior and learning to fit into society, not that i agree with it but thats what its for full stop. sure you learn some things along the way but the early years of primary are all about conformity.
your totally off the ball in regard to the teachers my dealings have been nothing less than exemplary. the way they tailor tasks and assignments depending on needs is fantastic

It a pity this school, the principal and its majority of the teachers focused so much on their marks and not their duty of care towards the kids.
Their no tolerance policy to behavior is outdated and so old school. If your child does not fit within the box its punished throughout its school years while there.
Schooling is more than learning whats on the board and this school lacks the empathy needed to be around children.
So many have been pulled out of this school before reaching yr 6 and so many more will be pulled out in the future for the same reasons.
