Without going into too much detail, exposing what’s really going on, naming and shaming because all the above is or will be illegal.
I will say this, the school needs a massive shake up and needs a real leader.
Abolish the PBL as its useless and the school is confused with the PBL and the school adhering to DoE Guidlines.
Such an awful situation to be in when it’s almost impossible to put a child into another school due to being out of area, you are forced to explain (exposing yourself), this situation is almost forcing a child to endure what they’re going through which is actually against the law. Perhaps parents wouldn’t use out of area schools if school adhered to their duty of care and upheld the laws.

When the current principal became full time, bullying and violence got out of control these kids doing the bullying and violence are very well protected.
The PBL is all the school is concerned about. The PBL is useless and needs to be abolished from all schools.
I hate this school because of what it’s become.

The school has gone down rapidly and desperately needs a leader like when Mr Steed was there.
As a parent, I am horrified what’s going on in the school. Even education standards has dropped massively.

I used to go there in primary and found that I was very behind when I came to high school. stuff had been left out and not taught at all.

has really gone down hill since i left and the principal changed. The school used to have an open day that was co run by the lions club. It was really good to show of the schools multicultural and positive environment but sadly this once annual event is not continuing.
Was also an excellent supporter of extra curricular activities such as wakakirri and band but I've heard these activities have ended.
Really disappointing considering the location and past reputation of the school : (

There needs to be better education there.
