The school has spent millions in 3 years on upgrades to boys toilets, outdoor learning and playing areas and renovating a library. The worst part of the school is the vandalism by students. The damages are done by the students who show no respect for the school or the staff. Parents should teach their boys respect before omplaining about school quality.

English faculty is the only faculty that doesn't have insufficient teachers and teachers that actually can teach and care (minor exceptions), HSIE is missing like 5 teachers. Most science teachers don't even explain the assessment tasks properly, and the assessment tasks are worded so badly. Art and music are quite chill. The PDH teachers are basically in alliance with the eshays and don't care if they use inappropriate language and/or use their phones. The kids here are pretty rough and really need some help, mainstream kids need help as well, more lenient marking won't do. Don't recommoned this school

Terrible school. Bathrooms doors are so small and some older kids think it's cool to stalk them in the toilets by looking over. They even take out their phones in front of the TEACHERS!!! But as expected they don't care. These students swear, do inappropriate things and disobey the phone policy rule.

the school is pretty meh.
the teachers are quite well trained and know what they're talking about but the thing is, some rarely ask if students understand. The actual facilities are pretty shit. the bathrooms were recently renovated and now have drawings all over the walls. The classrooms look very old and need a renovation sooner or later and there needs to be more benches. When its raining, a lot of students flock to the covered areas and cause unimaginable chaos. the principal is quite annoying but thats probably just a personal problem. this school is good despite the bad reviews and ratings it has.

This school is a pathetic attempt at education; truly a diverse cast of room temperature dogs, From the teachers to fellow students, everyone in this school is unbelievably stupid.
The science faculty is very much so a farce, filled with teachers who dont understand the core topics and that do not understand how to teach, A whole year of mine was wasted with an idiot giving textbook work, for all intents and purposes the science faculty is a joke, trainee-grade full time teachers.
The new principal who received his position at the start of 2021 (and all of the new employees who crawled over from Hills Sports) are so hilariously bad, from constant threats to students of non completion awards to wasting lessons due to not being able to control the class.
Nevertheless don't go to blacktown boys expecting a sound education and a good usage of your time. The school harms creativity through underfunding so they can install more useless fixtures.

School is very much ok needs more upgrade in classroom and bathrooms the teachers are qyite advanced sith their knowledge and students just need to realise the real world is around them the school tries its best for the benefit of everybody

The school motto is "Learn To Live" not very inspiring is it, shall we include learning on the correct technique "using a knife and fork"? How about "Strive To Excel" that seems like a far more inspirational motto in short that pretty much sums up BBHS when I unfortunately attended I recall not having the choice of subjects such as science, hell why would a kid from Blacktown want to do science we need unskilled labourers to say collect our trash don't we and BBHS sure provided a decent supply of workman.

I study at Blacktown Boys High School and I am shocked on how good the teachers and the school are. I saw the massive improvement since I came to this school. They have kind and helpful teachers. This school is excellent. But there is damaged facilities. Overall, I would recommend more students to come in this school.

I am a student at Blacktown Boys and I am amazingly surprised at how good the school is. The school has improved immensely in the past few years which can be seen through the statistics of 'The Australian' newspaper. It is shown that BBHS is the most improved school in Australia! The majority of students, especially the selective class, have very diligent students who have tried to pull the school's reputation up . However, the school's 'drop-kicks' has prevented this from happening. I would recommend this school to students who can are calm and can ignore nasty comments. We need more good influences in this school.
