VERY BAD SCHOOL! on the first month of my son being there, he got a bruised eye! there is bullying everywhere and I saw a teacher get surrounded by kids just because they were told to go to class. School? More like a fighting ground for students vs. students and students vs. teachers. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! IT WILL MAKE THEM SUFFER. I do not recommend making your child hate you, or allowing them to be in a violent area with bad influences such as cigarettes and vapes, but if you want too, that’s your choice. But don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Classrooms are chaotic and noisy. Many students don't want to learn and think it's a game to bully teachers and other students. I have seen many of my teachers cry and give up teaching on the spot. I saw three students surround a teacher and just verbal them because they told them to go to class. It's a dangerous school and its students versus teachers and everyone I know hates it. Many female teachers are also feminists and anti male, especially the English teachers.

I honestly love this school so much it helped me with everything. A lot of people dont like it because of how "rude" the teachers and students there but truly they are so kind please send your kids here and it honestly depends on your kids. PLEASE SEND THEM HEREEE

The culture here is toxic. No one on the leadership team knows or understands how to build a culture of safety and positivity. Staff bully Staff, students bully staff and there is a real anti teacher sentiment. Students believe teachers are the enemy and old staff are threatened by newer staff with competence. Certain year level coordinators are bullies. I would never ever send my child to this toxic environment.

I don't get why people are rating this school as excellent or above poor. This school gave me one of the worst experience I faced in life. I felt ashamed to tell people I go to Roxburgh College. Everyday the students there would make me face a problem. One time someone threw a badminton bat on my head and then had the audacity to tell me to apologise. The education isn't anything special, it's not worth making your kid suffer over. The teachers for my section are all very nice to me and I like them a lot. Their motto is to respect learn and achieve, but the students probably don't even know how respect works.

This school is EXELLENT send your children to this school it’s the absolute best! no fighting, no smoking, no bullying, best education and the best teachers, do not send your children to Sirius collage, Ilim collage, Creagiburn secondary collage or anything other than this school fyi Sirius collage is the WORST! DO NOT SEND THEM THERE

This school is very bad, my son and daughter come from school very upset because they couldn’t learn because of the load noises in the class, this also made them get detention because they couldn’t finish there work. The friends he brings to our house to play PS4 or do home work say that they wish they never entered Roxburgh Park College because of the teachers mostly caring about them self’s or the uniforms the students are wearing instead of there learning or consentration or even the problems the students are having about them not being able understand which can interfere there learning in a negative way, which can cause them stress because of the students getting stress over the work which they couldn’t get help for.

this school is a good school, back then in 2014 it was horrible and had no respect and wasn’t even striked all kids would run away from school and would even walk home during classes the school would be packed of arabs. but this year it has changed HEAPS and it has gotten much better and strict and also not many arabs are at this school because of purposes. i recommend this school is best this year and if your kids want to come to this school to learn they will have a great future this year :)

This school is vast no teachers have respect to students and care another their uniform instead of making sure we have good marks, the teachers such as ( Wendy natilie and the office ladies) they don’t show respect to students they care about themselves and so they can go home quicker. It’s a poor school there is to many bully’s other there as well

This school was a hostile environment, The joys of graduating were so devastatingly pointless. I exited without an education that would be of any value, It took me 10 years to overcome the horrible environment. I'm lucky to have had 3 decent teachers and a past time in sports...For as much as my parents messed up in sending me there, I had make up for so many of other peoples mistakes.

Look, these reviews are somewhat true. I won't try to downplay them. Yes, some teachers are rude and some kids are dropkick dickheads but there are a lot of good teachers and good programs at this school. Currently in Year 8. If you want to learn and do your work, yeah you'll be alright. But if you're an idiot and don't do anything you won't be stopped either.

roxburgh college has been known for its respect, learn and achieve.. But the employees (teachers/staff/coordinators,office ladies, (Wendy) (Helen) (Tony) (Le grande) (Salish dervish)...etc) have 0 respect. student well being manager turns crying children down because is simply to busy. Coordinators told children to "grow up and face the music" when getting bullied, assaulted or seriously harassed. A school where confidential matters let loose in the sick bay by our one and only nurse (Natalie). A school where they send you home for "bad uniform" and then have the confidence in saying to your parent/legal gaurdian that "your child has not been at school, your child's attendance is at risk of failure.btw notifying parents/guardians at the end of the year how many classes you have missed shows how in control and flawless there system is.
Overall any school is a good school only if you feel safe to enter it at your own risk. Teachers are not allowed to interfere with school fights as it violates their contract but just wait till someone is seriously injured then do something....
Smoking is another major issue much bigger then bullying- sarcasm.. Maybe the school should focus on getting rid of bullying before the ciggi butts. Even though the office ladies wouldn't appreciate banishing smoking as they smoke in the school car park.
Yes this school has a great curriculum program and offers traineeships, leadship roles, VCAL, VCE, speech therapists, councillors, variety of different subjects to learn and so many other pro's.
But is it really worth sending your child there?

Not very good at all. There seems to be a lot of bullying that goes on. Im surprised no one has been injured by the way the year 12 students drive out of the car park. Very smart children seem to get all the advantages and others get pushed into different classes where there appears to be no learning involved and the kids run the classes and walk all over teachers. No Respect

I think this school is DIGUSTING how it's run to many Muslim there are in our country so they should be going by our rules !!!!!digusting all the canteen is all Muslim shit food and office has the evil eye what a joke get the cross in there we don't believe in the devil like them ...to many bully's in the school nothing done absolutely ur it all they do is have a meeting ...what crap they do nothing pls don't take ur kids there scum !!!!!

It's a horrible school, the teachers do nothing when students go to the office to report bullying in fact they bully the students themselves! I got sent home for wearing black socks because that was not part of the uniform! Roxburgh park college needs to be shut down!

I am not heard I leave that action it was very bad school the teacher not respect the student and the parents if have any trouble all time response rhea teacher and doesn't care about student and the say rude words for kids when the kids defence them self the kids get in trouble and the teachers like angel all the time and all the time the teacher Wright whatever she/he they write the end for story but didn't write however start to make sure at the end the student id devil and the teacher is angle at the end this school shit and rubbish I am so depressed from this School
Whoever wrote this review I am scared for your child's future as your grammar and spelling is beyond bad. If you are going to deter someone from going to a school WITH decent reviews at least do it properly. My child attends this school and doesn't have any issues with it. My cousins previously went to the school and now have successful careers and went on to study at Uni. If your going to diss anything at least do it properly

It's actually pretty funny, the people here who write the bad reviews, are kids who don't even know what a education really is. If you guys muck around and don't give a crap about school, Ofcourse you'll be treated badly.. Why don't you try in school. This is a very good school. Excellent teachers and advisors. Only bad problem is the stupid students who don't give a crap. I've finished my schooling year got a ATAR of above 80 at this school, and I'm happy...

I've heard that this school is horrible and unsafe and has a poor success rate, not only does the school need to improve on their students but on themselves so that some people (such as I) can be ready to come to the school, I'm sorry but I won't put myself in the environment o violence, verbal abuse and embarrassment to say which school that I am from, the principle really does need to step it up because from what I've heard, students and parents of students that attend the school have threatened to sue the school because of events that have happened. Step it up, don't let your school be the national shit hole.
