| I love santa so much. The teachers care alot about your well being and the students are really nice. The school grounds are well taken care of and the education is really good quality. There are so many opportunities and resources available if you need any extra help academic wise and the school manages to give study guides and help decrease stress about our school workload.Overall, I highly reccomend going to Santa Maria College! |

| Poor quality teaching that spends more time on religion than education. They maintain their "good" academic rating by making students who don't maintain a certain grade do the non-ATAR track, which is dishonest and honestly very un-Catholic of them. The student and teacher environment is toxic and bullying is rife. |

Internal politics within departments and social outcasting is clearly obvious to accomodate the shift of employees into permanent positions and leadership roles! A very outdated secular Catholic worldview not all friendly toward those who appear not to fit into this limited socioeconomic demographic.

| I attended this school (graduated a few years ago) I felt their was no genuine focus on the well being of students more the success of the college in academia. All other departments are underfunded besides sports. The most lacking in funding being the dance and drama department. I feel this make students feel undervalued due to their interests not being cared for by the college. |

| It is the best school there are so many opportunities out their and the teachers are so good and we do lots of fun and teaching projects and subjects |

No school , especially a private school should be discouraging students from not doing their best. That's a shameful act by a teacher. Hope that teacher is not there anymore.
Well done to the lawyer that santa maria discarded and blinded by scores alone. |

| I am an old girl and my daughter attends the school. I think it gives a well rounded education in a supportive environment with excellent facilities. The boarding appears strict but it has great activities that keep the girls very busy. It seems a lot more interesting to be a boarder there now than when I was there! |

| After attending this school I would not recommend it at all. I moved to another school during year 11, I gave my parents the choice of sending me to another school or I would leave school altogether. I hated the girls, the teachers and the religion...I was being brain washed!! They care more about the academic reviews than they do about their students. I know girls who tried to get expelled because they hated it so much. I was told I could never do TEE, so I moved schools and I graduated with a high TEE score from a public school and i am now studying Law. If I stayed at Santa i would not have done TEE and would not be able to do Law. |
