| We moved to Beachmere especially for that ' small community school experience ' and what we found at this school was horrifying! The principal seems to answer to no- one so don't bother omplaining to her or the education dept because it goes straight back to her and my complaints were met with ' if you don't like it leave'or ' I'm not bothering to discuss this with you any longer'!- seems she's on a perminant contract so cushy position for her then! If your child isn't special needs then they will soon try and convince you they are ( they get extra funding for this) In my childs time there, kids are jumping on desks, swearing, even soiling themselves to be excused from class, and that's just the early years! Never would I put a trained dog in there let alone my child ever again and so scarred from this experience that now we are in private school and would never venture to state again | |

Barbara Graham-Ross Beachmere State School mmm I was told I could pay my child's Life ED money this morning(I had forgotten about it) as a few more children also had to pay it was due Friday but today was ok to pay. My grandson was away Friday sick so could not pay(live out of town)so he took his money in this morning to fix up. He was told they would not accept his money come on Beachmere State School we are related you let me pay today and a heap of others but not him and I'm sure there are more children where is your consideration and consistency one office worker will allow it but the other 2 ?you all need to be on the same page. At first when my child went to pay he was told by 2 staff members no then I went in and I could pay guess what I didn't as far as I'm concerned if it's good for one it's good for everybody else do they not think people are not going to talk. I hear this happens a lot.Not good enough Beachmere State. Ps if any spelling mistakes please ignore as I'm not a happy camper at the moment Like ? ? Share ? Promote ? 12 minutes ago ?
