Most of the teachers are caring and very approachable. The parents are lovely and Geebung state school has a great community spirit. The negative side is Matthew Meharg the principle. Only seem to care about academic results and everything else is swiped under the rug . He only acknowledges the same parents and students that he wishes. No idea how to control bullying.

GSS is very good. Teachers are so caring, they take care of every individual and specially the kids with learning disabilities are taken special care and request parents to enrol for special one on one teaching programs. Initially my son had problem in learning, now he is loving the school. Thanks heaps teachers in GSS and the energetic and very active headmaster of the school.

Best school, I have had two children go through GSS and still have two children enrolled there, and it's been the best education experience for our family. All the teachers are amazing, they have great programs, an excellent chaplaincy program that supports the whole school community, and a feel that everyone is welcome. We love it!
