There is something actually wrong with the students here

This school was (and is) a great school within the Wollongong area. I graduated from Woonona in 2013 and left with lifelong friends and skills that have seen me excel in university.
Of course as a student, being forced to go to school- you're going to hate it and complain to your parents every once in a while, but this school is once of the best within the area and I wouldn't have chosen to go anywhere else!

Fantastic teaching staff, which is a shame because this school cares more about its appearance than the potential of all students. Welfare support at this school is almost non-existent, my welfare officer ended up informally being one of my teachers, who guided me through the HSC. If you are facing welfare issues, this school will not support you adequately, and may advise you to simply move schools, which is wrong in my opinion for a public school which should be full of diversity. As mentioned, the teachers are FANTASTIC. You will not find support beyond the teachers however.
