I've contacted the school's principal 2-3 times for a serious matter regarding child abuse. I travelled all the way from another state just to meet and discuss the problems with her but she ignored every single one of my phone calls. I went to the office to see her personally but the staff told me that the principal will call me back. The next day and the day after that, she still did not reply. I'm also Very disappointed with the staff. They say that they're catholic and strongly follow the bible's orders but they lie and don't keep their words.
