My kids love this school very much. The teachers and principal are warm and friendly. Every time when I have any concerns, I feel the class teachers are willing to listen and solve my concerns. They really have my children's welfare in their hearts. My kids get excited when they see the principal at school, they just want to go over and say Hi! I'd been a volunteer parent helper there many times and I must say, I really liked the way the teacher and kids worked together. The kids are a joy to interact with. I noticed the kids that are very smart are sent to advanced lessons (with the parents' consent) and the kids who are struggling are sent to student's aide to strengthen them up. It seems all kids of different levels are catered for. Coming from another school, I felt the kids in this school have a better nature overall. They seemed so much more happier compared to the school where we came from. My kids sure do better here than the other school. I'm also amazed at the academic improvements my kids had when they were attending this school. Am truly grateful. Teachers were very dedicated and loving. They truly have my kids' best interest in their hearts. After 2 years at this school, we have moved to another suburb. My kids have told me they missed the old school, their teachers and friends.

I went to Thomas Mitchell from Prep to Year 6 and now I have moved onto a prestigious private catholic school that only excepts students that have a high class grade average and I can honestly say that Thomas Mitchell has helped me get to where I am. This school has only grown over the years and I had devolved and maintained so many friendships. The teachers at this school may be a large aspect of females but each and everyone of them is hardworking and are capable of developing intelligent students. In my eyes Thomas Mitchell has no flaws. The principal and staff are determined and are the nicest people that I have ever met in my life. Thomas Mitchell is a school I would recommend to anyone, do not listen to the bad reviews about this school take it from me a student who has gone to this school and loved every minute. The last year of Thomas Mitchell was the hardest of my life and I have never cried so much in one whole year, I regret not saying goodbye to all of the people that I never got to say goodbye to at Thomas Mitchell. Thomas Mitchell you have made me who I am and your are a large aspect of what I have become. If this primary school was a high school without a doubt I would go back. This school is has a accomplished great things in my eyes. I miss you Thomas Mitchell.
Yours Truly,
A Proud Student

I think Thomas Mitchell Primary school is an OK school as I have been attending the school for 6 years now. These are the things they can improve on:
They could have more Male teachers in the school because more than half are Women
They could have better equipment at the playgrounds and also should have more time for physical education,The Arts,Science and also The computer L.A.B.
There are the things that I think Thomas Mitchell Primary School need to improve on !
I'm , rate this school
