No respect to the parents! Kids will get bullied and the teachers are weak!

hello. i'm extremely disappointed about the lack of respect towards the parents. i had asked the principal about changing a date for a certain event, 2 months prior and he said that he would try. they didn't do anything about it and now we can't go this event and my son/daughter is extremely sad. they haven't said anything about the event and it's almost the date. i'm VERY disappointed about the school and i'm hoping that it could change into something more respectful.
