I love the atmosphere, the children are welcomed and encouraged. My son is always happy and says he always gets his questions answered. The phonics reading program is getting results too. I like that I can talk to any of the staff and am treated with respect. They also don't have homework - getting all the basics done in class! They have a great gym program and go out on frequent excursions into different learning environments - very stimulating, makes me wish that I was back at school!

Since my son started at Yarralinda School, he has been given the opportunity to move ahead in the subject areas he feels confident in. This has been really empowering and rewarding for him. As the school is small the children gets LOTS of care and encouragement. There is also no bullying that I am aware of. Great for families that have a child that is interested in learning and enjoys challenge. Lots of concrete learning and excursions to interesting places. They have a good gymnastics program. Nice kids, nice teachers.
