They focus on rewarding the positive behaviours but that simply means the worst behaved children are rewarded when they finally behave appropriately. The absenteeism at this school is huge. There are kids that barely show up once a week every week. Principal doesn't even say good morning or greet you when he walks past. | | | By Employee - 24 Jan 2021, Rate: average | | I was a CRT (casual teacher) at Kilsyth P S then I was falsely accused of doing some things. The agency I worked for (even though they claimed to support the their casual teachers) believed what the school said over me. I was not given feedback until I asked for it. One thing I was accused of is I was "seen" (not actually heard) holding a piece of paper with private information on it and reading it out to the class. I know from experience that some f/t staff look down on casual staff.
