Reviews | By Alumnus - 17 Feb 2017, Rate: bad | I went to this school only in year 7, i never heard anything good about this school only from their staff and students. I was told by many people that you get bullied there, but i didn't believe them. After about 3 months i was sick of the school and wanted to leave, but i decided to stay because i thought that i might need to get used to it. By August i was certain that leaving was the right choice for me, it was worse than they warned me, i got bullied by many different people atleast 5 times a term and my self-confidence and self-esteem went way down, i had never been so sad for so long in my entire life. By November i told my parents everything, it felt so good to let it all out, they enrolled me in another secondary school for the next year, the last month i had left was the worst, i was insulted because of the primary school i went to, my name, because i was quiet, and my family. I was outcasted because i was different and alot of people would pretend to be my friend, only to stab me in the back and ditch me, i never had any true friends at KSC. I later found out, about a month after i left, that 2 of my aunties were badly bullied too, my mums sister was bullied so bad that she dropped out of school in year 9, and my mums sister in-law stayed from year 7-12 but tried handling the bullying and stayed as strong as she could, (they wanted to leave in year 7). I left a week before the school year ended because the bullying got so bad that i was crying when my dad came to pick me up on my last day. Even though KSC have a no bullying policy, it still happens, my aunties went to KSC in the 1980s and 1990s and they got bullied and i was bullied in the 2010s, nothing has changed. They make their school seam amazing, but don't fall for it like i did. My parents noticed a change in my attitude and that i was not myself, i developed a bad attitude and snapped at my family alot, once i left, my parents saw that i was now myself again. This school only shows you what it could be like. I would never wish for my worst enemy to go to KSC, ironically a few of my enemies go there. | | By Parent - 29 Jun 2015, Rate: poor | My son attended this school, and now he is insane talking about his math teacher all the time, collinmath this and collinmath that!
