Reviews | By Parent - 22 May 2023, Rate: bad | As a parent I would have to say this school is inconsistent and inconsiderate of the students well being and education. Example the some of the teachers don’t take in the example of students learning difficulties and learning disadvantages. The principal also doesn’t run the school in a sense where students feel safe and comfortable insisting to looking on outdated rules why trying to deem cultures expresses themselves as “inappropriate”. The school has not addressed its issues with antisemitism and racism and anti LGBTQ+ discrimination and ableism in their own school. For example when Covid happened no one addressed the racism going on and it kept happening during the school year when it happened the principal didn’t take that to account not to address it. Also another situation when a student got marked down where she had studied for her tests and work but she was marked down due to her “spelling certain words wrong” when she had dyslexia and showed clear signs and the teacher was aware” the principal brushed that off and didn’t take action. In my personal opinion other educational facilities than this college would suit better. There is a huge problem with corruption in schools and this school would be one of them. | | By Parent - 16 Dec 2020, Rate: bad | Lot of bullies very indiscipline school | | By Alumnus - 31 Oct 2020, Rate: average | Bullying occurs like most other schools, feel like more.should.be done to support students career aspirations or the discovery of them when in VCE. Majority of teachers are passionate, limiting factors are socioeconomic status of students and parent support. | | >>More reviews... |
