If your child needs any extra learning support or attention it is very hard to get a consistent approach as staff turnover is high. The staff are all very good, but the problem lies with Management retaining them. Disappointing as just when you think you have a good care plan for your child, the teacher leaves and you have to start all over again. Regular entries in portfolios and interviews/feedback on how your child is going also leaves a lot to be desired. | | |
