Constant staff turnover, likely due to poor management at all levels of Yarra Childrens Services. Have made a series of bad decisions, such as letting go all the best carers, and now have extremely high numbers of agency staff. Basic health, safety and care concerns. Despite almost a year of parent-effort to have problems addressed, no improvement. I would advise against sending your kids here. Problems definitely extend to the kindergarten and most likely extend to other City of Yarra childcare centres as well. Give them at least a few years to sort themselves out (at best). | | |
