They are allowed for 2 hours oritation, but you can attend for a few days before you actual start, but in other centres you are only entilted for one time. My son has been to a couple 2-hour oritation and another half-hour one before he start. My son quiet likes there and settlling in very well. The most important reason I like there is if the kid cry, the staff will pick them up and try to settle them. Other centres have lunch and a dessert- like yogurt/ jelly...etc. morning tea is usually a slither of 4 fruits. Too bad if your child is a good eater as they will be starving.
They have the kids outside after afternoon tea and they are not allowed to come back inside. Room is packed up with chairs on tables and absolutely no kids inside regardless of the child crying to come in. Reception staff are unapproachable and unwelcoming. You never get a good morning or goodbye unless you initiate it first and even then you sometimes don't get a reply. This place is run purely like a money making business.
Orientation process is crap too as you can only stay for 1.5hrs after morning tea and before lunch. If you want to have a longer orientation you need to pay the full days fee of $86! On plus side only a couple of staff are good and do their jobs well. The others are in la la land.
I won't take my kids there again.
