By underpaying staff, fully supporting bullying on campus and overall focussing on everything wrong with modern education. The principal has mo clue what is going on in senior education, as he is a primary teacher way out of his depth. He is only focussed on his business model and trying to make money and a name for himself. As the least significant of his siblings, he desperately craves the attention he is getting by ruining a great school. The culture of the school is dying, and all of the dedicated staff are fed up and leaving. This school will soon be the nest graduate teacher school in Australia. No one is lasting more than 5 years under PBs joke of a leadership.
