When I found out and complained and after a lot of back and forth where I was subjected to being screamed at for 15 minutes at a time over the phone and not allowed to speak. she only gave me a partial refund claiming the rest would be kept in credit with her centre, this was enough to see me paid up for the next 6 weeks. Two weeks later she invoiced me again. When I questioned this with her staff I received an abusive text message from the owner and was told my child was terminated from the centre effective immidatley and we weren't welcome to come back because I was "not worth the headache". My child now has no daycare to attend and I am owed hundreds of dollars and am seeking legal action. Please also be aware this centre is not meeting any of the government set national national quality standards.
