Many incidents are swept under the carpet. If you speak your mind they will endeavour to make it unpleasant so you leave. Inappropriate behaviour gets rewarded and children who behave get no acknowledgement. Very happy with the school for the past seven years, we can't move from the area because we love the school so much.
