To apply for a property through Higgins Real Estate Lismore you will need to follow the process below:
1. Book in to view the property
2. Attend inspection
3. Collect and application
4. Complete all questions on application form and provide us with 100 points of ID, which must include photo ID and proof of income
5. Submit application for each person that will be residing at the property who is over the age of 18.
6. We will then do our best to get back to you as soon as possible
7. If you application is approved you need to be ready to pay a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent to secure the property
8. You will then need to have access to a 2nd week of rent and 4 weeks for your bond before signing the lease and taking possession of the property
