The tenants electricity supply is held by the tenant in the main house, the main house is situated up on the top end of the driveway with the cottage towards the back of the property.
The tenant's rent has a $20.00 component which is contributed towards the electricity, so the $240.00 per week includes the payment towards the electricity.
No pets are allowed at Crystal Waters.
