This fisherman's cottage is privately located in a quiet rural garden within a short walking distance to the beaches and village centre of Flinders. It contains a full kitchen, sitting room, double bedroom and bathroom, and features rich colours and warm timberwork. Sunny, north-facing windows capture a valley view. The main house on the property is some distance down the hill, and the owners will be there some of the time.
The cottage suits one or two people, has separate access and parking area, and is fully furnished. The kitchen contains a gas cooktop and oven/microwave, a full-size fridge, plenty of cupboard space and a dresser with cutlery/crockery. The bedroom contains a queen size bed and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity, and a hidden laundry trough. There is a split system heating/cooling unit and overhead fan. In the sitting room is a two-person sofa and leather armchair, television and DVD player, music system and bookshelf.
The rental covers agreed utilities and grounds maintenance.
