There is a large resort pool and 2 BBQ's on the grounds one street back from the beach. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The 2 air conditioners are both split system and there is one carport.
Cafe lifestyle and beach fishing are quite the normal.
Holloways Beach has patrolled swimming netted area in the warmer months

The bus stop for the 120 to Smithfield and Cairns is a 2 minute walk. Drivetimes to CBD is 12 minutes. Airport 10 minutes.
Beds are new and most white goods.
