My open plan living area with it's chef's kitchen has an island bar work area and a wall of glass (north facing) opening to the private courtyard making it just perfect for entertaining. My high shine jarrah flooring, extensive use of stainless steel and milk glass and gas fired pot belly stove make me a pretty cool customer. My study/third bedroom, which is also on the ground floor level is as large as some lounge rooms. It probably goes without saying that my ground floor powder room is pretty special too - in fact my two upstairs bathrooms are real conversation pieces - they certainly don't come any more modern. Both upstairs bedrooms (carpeted and with loads of wardrobe space) are big. Not wanting to boast, I'm not going to extol any more of my attributes but if you crave an ultra hip, ultra ultra everything pad you're in luck.
