User Review
By J Pentridge - 09 Jul 2016
This suburb is showing signs of significant gentrification and fantastic eateries are opening up. Ease of accessibility to transport and direct line to the city, Monash University (Carnegie Campus) and Caufield Race Course for Melbourne Cup/Oaks Day from Noble Park is great.
There are short bus lines to Chadstone Shopping Centre, Monash University (Clayton campus), and Dandenong Commercial Business Centre. Affordable housing is becoming harder to find however due to price increases in houses especially around Noble Park Station because of its increased convenience and connectivity.
