Nice area to live. Quiet. But still close to public facility.

A touch of county, yet the suburban sprawl is coming. I dare everyone to test there driving skills out on the five ways round-a-bout before entering the suburbs.

Good place to live if you own property. Units being built now, Coles and Woolies are upgrading, but the roads struggle to cope. Our place was valued at $290,000 10yrs Ago and is now $550 - $600k with no work done to it.
A few housing commission deadshits that will finally be pushed to outer areas soon. We can do without the threats of violence, smashed windscreens, litter, shitting on your front lawn etc.
