34km to Melbourne
15km to beach
19km to Chadstone
22km to Ringwood

CON:
1, Can be very traffic congested during peak time.
2, Still considered a slum in polite circles regardless of the property boom.

Pro/Con Dandenong and Springvale is a investment property zone like Seaford and Chelsea in the 70's
