your data is completely incorrect - you say Brigidine and St Peters\' schools are in Chelmer - they are not, they are in Indooroopilly. There are NOT 19,000 people living in Chelmer - when you state that there are a total of 1,781 dwellings, where do you think they would fit??? There are almost no flats/units in Chelmer (I seriously doubt there are 167 in total), so how does that translate to 35% in the suburb? You really need to check your data!!!
