61km to Melbourne
43km to beach
47km to chadstone
49km to Ringwood

CON:
1,you are considered to be on the edge of civilization in polite circles besides bunnings officeworks and Miter 10 Narree Warren (fountain Gate) is the nearest homemaker centers.
2,Lots of driving and petrol will be needed.

Pro/Con:
Area will not be a congested suburb for a long time.

PRO:
1,Lots of open space and fresh air and room for developments.
2,No traffic issues unless you work citywide and on the monnash FWY.
3,The country is right next door for holidays.
