i use to live in surryhill victoria,spend 5years than thought of buying a house,i checked the price and living standard of all most every suburb.
i finally bought i house in greensbourough,victoria,very affordable as a first home buyer,its green open,and very nice place to live,mostly Australian or british live is greensbough,no crimes very peaceful area,will suggest all first home buyer to have a look.
