We are an open minded household that is looking for someone to share the lease. This is a home, not just a room for rent.
Large room with green and street views, quiet calm house. We have many communal spaces including a study, sunroom, lounge room, large kitchen and big leafy garden. There are chickens, a veggie patch and wonderfully friendly neighbours. We share household duties and often help each other out with dishes and laundry.
Close to Griffith uni's Mt Gravatt Campus; the 177 and 186 bus is 2mins walk away and it takes you directly to the campus.
5 mins walk to Logan Rd.
20 mins by bus to the city
10 mins by bus to Garden city.
Walking distance to Mt Gravatt lookout and a very short bus trip to Mt Gravatt markets every sunday.
Who lives here? 35 year old working and studying mum and a 32 year old worker. Also there is a 4 year old who is beautifully behaved who lives here 4 days a week. Shes at day care 3 of those days. We are kid free on the weekends.
Shared fridge and washing machine, storage space under the house. There is only one bathroom but no one here hogs it.
