When we asked our vendor what they loved most about living at 12 Stirling Court they replied, "The neighbours, the river redgum tree in the back yard and the full suite of Miele appliances, especially the steam oven in the light and bright stone kitchen" ....all admirable features, but really they just scratch the surface of this wonderful family home, set in a whisper-quiet court in the coveted St Helena College zone, within walking distance.
Equally enticing we thought was the flexibility offered by four bedrooms, two of which boast recently rejuvenated ensuites, the updated family bathroom, or the formal lounge/dining anchored by an open fire in a brick feature wall.
Then again, the casual living and open-plan study/music area that wraps around that wonderful kitchen and sweeps out to the generous, private, sun-soaked alfresco area is also pretty impressive.
With a hard-wired Bose system delivering quality sound throughout, heating and cooling ensuring year-round comfort, garage with workshop space and easy-care slate floors complementing carpets, like our vendor we think you'll find it difficult to find just one favourite thing!
