Another two bedrooms are on the lower level as is the laundry. The study, main bathroom, living room and 10m x 4m rumpus room are on the middle level along with a delightful waterfall/pond. The generous skylight above the fish pond lets in a lot of natural light. The living room has a fireplace for those cosy winter nights and the rumpus room has amazing views to the bushland beyond and leads out to the entertainment area and spa. The cool bay breeze here is just the ticket for these hot summer days.
