This is a great little house! Huge rooms, with gas underfloor heating and cooling. Fully furnished (except for the bedroom). Huge cupboard space 2 (see pics).
There is parking and garden, plus a wee patio that gets the sun all day!
Also 2 minutes walk from Balaclava station (actualy is 2 min). Plus 2 min walk to Coles and Safeway ... in fact it's less than 2 min to Carlisle st so lots of food and entertainment literally on the doorstep! If you know Las Chicas cafe, the house is almost directly behind that!

A bit about me ... I'm a 27 year old laid back kiwi chick. I work in the city (a "professional") and work hard during the week so like to chill out at the weekend, enjoy a few vinos etc. This isn't a party house though :) I'm after a male or female aged between 25 - 35 that is respectful and is able to clean up after themselves! No couples thanks (sorry!).
