If you're not prepared to bring the tools & paint brushes then don't bother coming. With brick construction, the home has 4 bedrooms, lounge & kitchen/dine all on a 752m2 allotment (approx). Located in a cul-de-sac, close to the Athelstone shops it is in a very popular spot but it does need a lot of TLC. The gardens are non-existent & there is a big hole where the pool used to be.
