Room in Point Piper
So I have a room for rent mid to late may.
It's in Point Piper – Google it – views of Sydney harbour, beautiful neighbourhood, It's a pretty awesome pad.
Big lounge with a fireplace, timber floor boards throughout.
Double bedrooms all with views of water and boats and far off buildings... your one, if you take it, overlooks red leaf and double bay. Not bad. Transport - very easy, buses nearby and you are only 10 mins from the city.
It’s technically a three bedroom, but the other room is sort of being used for storage n stuff at the moment, which may stay that way as keeps numbers down, and means there’s always a spare room.
It’s a really cool Art deco building too so it has architectural street cred and really nice foyer carpet.
The house is pretty well stocked with furniture, although I will be replacing the couch hopefully this year, and you will need a bed.
You would be living with one other, myself, a professional guy, works in the city, likes to cook n stuff, relaxed pad, as is the building.
Additionally, I’ve been at this address 6 years, and I can vouch for the other people in the building, everyone is really nice and friendly here. You’ll love it.
