Seeking a tennant to rent the master bedroom with attached large bathroom (including bath) for a 3 month period over the summer from October 16 2013 until Jan 29 2014.
To share with one quiet non-smoking male in late 20s whom works full time in the city.
This modern apartment is amazing and very reasonably priced given it's location and size. It entails a large dining area and open plan kitchen and balcony with views of the beginning of the harbour bridge. It has a 24hour very friendly concierge, with gym, pool, sauna included.
I love it and wish I wasn't working away over this period.
Furniture and white goods, laundry all included.
Inspection preferably on the public holiday Monday October 7 as below, however there is a degree of flexibility if required.
