Positioned on the 7th floor we have a great views of the City and Darling Harbour, and if pyrotechnics are your thing, we're treated to 3-4 firework displays each week over the summer months and with any major festival. 5min walk into Chinatown, Darling Harbour or the City - you really in the centre of everything.
Enjoy a little fitness? The apartment complex has a recently upgraded fitness centre, or alternatively the Ian Thorpe Aquatic and Fitness Centre is adjacent to the apartment complex.
About Us:
We're two professionals in our late twenties / early thirties. I spend my days working for an Engineering company in Manly, while my other flatmate is a owner/operator of his travel company (and as such, spends a fair amount of time abroad). Fairly relaxed in nature, we both enjoy the usual trappings of people our age; socialising, drinks, eating out, shooting the breeze 'n all that good stuff.
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who is respectful and tidy of common areas (kitchen ,lounge, balcony etc).
