Approx 30 acres approx half bush. Has old shack and tractor shed The shack is very basic but in sound condition. The computer required me to tick the bedroom and bathroom section but the shack has neither as such. There is however a small shower with electric hot water. Most fencing is near new condition. There is a cattle yard. There are 2 dams. Above the top dam is a gully with tree ferns and a small waterfall and this area could be turned into a feature area. The shack could be able to be improved, subject to council approval, or it could be just used as a base camp while a new house is built. The property is about 5 kilometres from Marysville township.
