This attractive block-fronted Victorian cottage occupies a quiet position at the northern end of tree-lined George Street, close to Brunswick and Smith Streets, public transport, and the entrance to the eastern freeway.
Set behind a pretty cottage garden, the free-standing residence is entered from a lace-trimmed verandah. Two very spacious light-filled bedrooms run to the left off an arched hallway.
