Too many agents get paid their fixed fees and costs (which can amount to many thousands of dollars) IRRESPECTIVE of the outcome. That's not fair.
Secondly they chose Wilson Real Estate because we NEVER asked them for any money whatsoever (advertising and marketing expenses) in our search to find the buyer for their home Ever!
Too many agents charge way too much up front (before they do anything at all) with no guarantee of a satisfactory sale result let alone a result at all (which is nearly never in writing OR guaranteed).
