We are looking for someone to take over our lease in this spacious 2 bedroom unit on the border of Tarragindi and Annerley. We have lived in this place for nearly 5 years and love the location, we are only breaking the lease due to purchasing our first home.
We don't really see it as a unit as it has a great layout with large bedrooms and sunny disposition. The main bedroom is one of biggest I have seen with massive double built in robes. This place would suit a professional couple or two for a share house.
Being on the top floor definitely has its benefits, the added security, the view of the city and the magic breeze when you open all the windows.
Woolies is just up the road, the Princess Alexandra hospital only 2 minutes away, plenty of gyms to choose from and we are spoilt for choice from our favourite local Cafes (Escher street, Snag & Brown and Billy Kart kitchen to name a few). And if you're in need of a bus there is a bus stop 300 metres down the road which takes you right into the city via the quick busway.
We are looking for someone to move in on the 8th of December and the lease ends on the 3rd February but you can sign on again if you wish
