I don't know of a school (in this area anyway) that has managed the challenges of educating during Covid-19 with as much dedication and professionalism. Speaks volumes about the teaching staff and principal and their commitment to children and families, not only during this challenging time but always. A fabulous school with an awesome school community.

I have found Wantirna Primary School to be an amazing and caring school before and during COVID-19. My children get to see their teachers everyday via WebEx meetings. All of the teachers and staff have gone above and beyond during this very difficult time. Well done WPS.

Wantirna Primary School has been an integral part of my family since 2011. One child has past through the school progressing well onto High School. I still have two children at WPS who are strong, confident, and academically excelling. Previously they learnt Spanish but this has changed to Mandarin after a China student exchange program started two years ago. Families are encouraged to get involved in the life of the school with many fundraising events to support. WPS is well known to Wantirna with very strong community ties.
WPS offers my children a very strong connection to their local community. Together with a dedicated Principal and staff, Wantirna Primary School should be a school worth an appraisal when looking at schools in the Wantirna area.

The principal has been very supportive during a difficult year for teachers. She has always placed the health and wellbeing of the students, staff and families as a priority.

A small school with a big heart, my kids are very happy and the teachers are great.
