This school is alright with education but really bad with the uniform policies and excursions

Poor performance by the teachers. Hence poor education for the students. This is due to the lack of experiences of the teachers. A lot of graduate teachers are there. My child has been there for years and can’t believe how low is his level of comprehension. His spelling is horrible as well. We are not allowed to talk to teachers or come close to them. If we attempt to make an appointment to see the teacher, the response from the ladies office “ SORRY THE TEACHER IS BUSSY!! Wait until the parents teacher interview!
Students behavior is DISCUSTING!!
If I want to continue I would write a book about how poor and low DUCV IS BECOMING. Hence unfortunately, drawn out my family and I from there. The FACT IS: DUCV IS NO LONGER DUCV IN THE LAST 5 TEARS.

I honestly done get why parents send there child to this school now days because honestly ik years ago this school used to be a really good one but its 2021 wake up this school has made so many stupid rules makes u hate ur life and so on like a teacher yelled at me today saying ill make u cry and I've had this teacher all of year 7 and she has never made me cry id never ever let a teacher make me cry like I thought school was meant to be a "safe place" bro this school makes kid scared of anything really. Ducv is by far the most sexist school ever I'm so sorry like the girls arent allowed to do the same sports as the girls like girl cant play with anything at resces only a basketball but most students are to tired to even walk at brake because of all the work we get during class time and as homework. there's this one teacher that has made multiple students run out of class please just listen to what I just said RUN OUT OF CLASS bc the teacher was humiliating them ill give one experience I saw happen bc this was my own class the teacher yelled at her saying I have to move u to the lower math grade. look my point hear is that DUCV has changed since the late time us ent ur child there or since u were there so think twice before send ur child there especially if your child is a girl

left ducv last yr for high school its terrible teachers just want ducv to have a good rep and the uniform looks HIDEOUS IM TELLING U!if teachers cant do their job properly than thats not our problem they need to get a life. they cant even handle drama all they do is LEVEL 1 FORM or LEVEL 2 FORM or LEVEL 3 FORM srsly i cant even! and the english teachers cant even speak english properly! last time this teacher taught me to spell chocolate like chocalate with an A! dumb much?

I'm really blessed and feeling honoured that my kids are part of this school. Thanks to Allah who helped us to make that decision, to chose this school for our kids. Teachers,other staff is equally supportive.Satisfied with the school academic performance as well, Which reflects in school ranking across. Bit of a hard work initially but once student is on track..it pays you off.
Most importantly "Tarbiah" element is there which is missing from other schools.
There is a request we need to open up other branch of the school as there are big waiting lists... more people are waiting to be a part of this school.

Darul alum college of Victoria is by far the most amazing school I have attended. Its teaching skills are great with good educated teachers there to support every student along there way. Every student is given their rights and everyone is treated fairly; lets just say, there is no discrimination in our school. About our English teachers not being able to speak PROPER English, your wrong there. Our English teachers are great and our coordinators are trying there utmost best providing students with great teachers, especially when it comes to teaching VCE students. If DUCV supposedly didn't have proper English speaking teachers, then how do you expect me to type in full grammar and punctuation?. Our school, alhamdulliah has provided the girls campus (Side) with excursions that have indeed received good reflective feedbacks on. They have also acknowledged the fact that girls do need to experience the outdoors; thus, providing the high school girls (VCE) with the experience of attending camp. Darul Ulum College of Victoria is doing an amazing job and is progressing dramatically for the students academic sake. Every school, whether it be public or private, islamic or not, do have flaws that are visible and that can be improved. All I ask for DARUL ULUM COLLAGE OF VICTORIA, is to build a playground for the primary students as they need to grasp the fundamentals of fun. Overall, DUCV has improved immensely and to my satisfaction has earned my upcoming cousins and my future children to attend. WELL DONE . TABARKALLAH xx

Im a student in darululum and a real teachers pets.I have to be or my teachers will start bullying me.If your not a tp (teachers pet) then you get a very bad reputation.The teachers will be soooooooooooooo rude to you.The school has finally started letting the girl side in excursion thankgoodness but plllllleeeeeeeeaaaaaaase change the uniform let me give you a suggestion:White blouse long black skirt black blazer and white sarf for girls for boys:black jalabiya and a nice cap this school is kind of 19 century lets look a bit more proffesional please

The school needs to improve alot. There is alot of favoritism going on towards the students as teachers don't guide the students properly especially the boys.I would recommend that teachers should give the right guidance to higher secondary students so that the students complete their VCE and not drop out of school in year 10 or 11 especially the boys. Special counselling should be given to these students just like its done in other public and private school. Otherwise the school is progressing well and I pray that it will improve in all the areas that it is still lacking.

This school needs better teachers and better resources and better uniform and they need a play ground with better after school activaties. they need to have more active sports with better educated teachers . We need a better looking girls side and instead of painting it green and blue I think we should paint it different colours. The boys need better toilets that don't leak after school.

It's a good school but maybe it might be better if the engilish teachers have proper engilish and all the other teachers teach what there really good at and the little kids like grade one need to be more active with maybe a play ground?
And maybe a change of uniform for the girls like a long skirt jumper for winter and a top long sleeve to go on top of the skirt.

If anyone says this is a bad school that person is ignorant.
The school is trying its utmost best to reach perfection and fortunately it is developing at a very fast rate. The only set back i see are the troublesome students who are real pests, however they are not large in number.The school is average if not above average in its normal subjects like maths and english backed up with authentic religous teachings.My full support for this school.(kitab student boys side)

It's all right. But it can't be said that this school is above average. HOWEVER, VCE results for 2011 were outstanding. My advice: try this school, see if it suites your needs. But eventually you will want to leave. as i have done.

As a student, Darul Ulum is a great school, at the school you feel so comfortable. Everyone is always so welcoming and the teachers always care about you, and actually want you to do well. but as you know every school has it set backs, and no school can be perfect. But you can tell there always trying to do there best for the students here.
