If they don't like the an individual student they will not address problem in the class should one arise.It is left up to the parent to address it with the school. Then admin management will not properly educate the staff member but, woukld rather brush it under the carpet.
This is more evident when the staff member yells at the students. When the parent addresses it with the school, again it is brushed under the carpet. The teacher is not made to apologise. This doesn't teach staff anything and only encourages others that it;s OK.
They are an entity onto themselves. No morals for staffing, equality is subject to the teachers preference/bias.
