The lounge area is sufficient for a 2 seater sofa, the area allocated for the bedding is partially hidden behind a wall with an open robe/ clothes hanging space and room for a Queen bed, kitchen is functional, all electric and the bathroom, toilet and laundry are combined. Solar power helps run the electrical appliances (12pm-5pm days), which is a big saver for any tenant.
This is one for the truly budget conscious. Tenant would need to supply their own small heating unit. Parking on-street only.
