The fully furnished safe & secure share accommodation is large and spacious offering modern fit outs throughout with the kitchen featuring two stainless steel ovens, stone bench tops, fridge and ample cupboard storage. The kitchen adjoins an open plan living area with polished timber flooring and dining room table set up with two lounge suites for relaxation.
A separate lounge has a continuous lounge suite with wall mounted plasma TV with Foxtel access. A separate communal study with computer supplied with internet.
Each room is furnished with bed, student desk, chair, built in storage and fridge with individual security access and internet access in each room.
Four bathrooms offer double shower, vanity unit and toilet facilities all CLEANED ONCE A WEEK included in the rent.
